    I have the same one. I've had it for a couple of years and am very happy with it. I have two other smokers and it's my favorite for ease of use.

    I use the Green Mountain Premium Fruit Blend pellets. I brined my first turkey breast but since then I have used an injection from one of Jeff's newsletters instead. It takes less prep time.

    My MES recently started to throw the GFI as soon as the heating element engaged. I called customer service and the sent me a new element at no cost. My unit will be two years old this Thanksgiving.
