    Brisket - 6 lbs

    Great day to be smoking brisket! Smoked this bad boy for 11 1/2 hrs, at 230 degrees with my amnps. Used pitmaster's choice pellets, highly recommend it. Let it sit for 20 mins after I pulled it out of my MES 30". Now going to let it rest for 1-2hrs. Will post pics once I start slicing.
