pellet smoker
been a long time on the forum. a have a masterbuilt xl propone I make it into a pellet smoker with grillz grill. one thing I'm having is the temp will not stay 225.ihave the temp probe going side to side and not up and down will be a problem. it is reading 250 or 250. please help thanks loppy -

Skin on chicken quarter s chewy
Got grizzly grill hopper and put on masterbuilt smoker. Works great have a little bit of a problem with chicken skin being chewy. Have to cook for 30 people in 3 weeks. Need help Thanks Loppy -
HELP pellet hopper on masterbuilt xl
putting on pellet hopper on masterbuilt xl smoker. is there on best space from bottom have the hopper and the bottom have the smoker or can you put the hopper auger housing on the bottom. on a pellet is there space on the hopper Thanks for listening Loppy Smoke forever -
Water pan
How do need a water pan in a propane and wood smokers. But you don't need it in a pellet smoker. is it temp is hotter in propane then a pellet. does anyone use a water pan in a pellet. Thanks for listening SMOKE FOREVER Loppy- loppy01
