    Ribs are in and I'm drooling already

    Split rack of pork ribs, using a basic dry rub recipe that I found online recently. Spicy/sweet but doesn't overpower the smoke. And in we go! Tried to get a smoke shot after closing up but, my camera just wouldn't capture it.  Oh, and smoking with apple wood chips :-)
