    Picked up a Tuscan blend tri tip @ Walmart about 2lbs Smoked in my MES 30 for 2 hours at approximately 225F to an IT130 then on the Weber to sear for 5 min per side Finished IT 150 Amnps in mailbox w/ hickory & cherry. Even though it was med it was really good
