    Picked up a Tuscan blend tri tip @ Walmart about 2lbs Smoked in my MES 30 for 2 hours at approximately 225F to an IT130 then on the Weber to sear for 5 min per side Finished IT 150 Amnps in mailbox w/ hickory & cherry. Even though it was med it was really good

    Hello everyone I been lurking and learning for about 3 months I am not totally new to smoking but recently got a MES30. I have found that it is so different from the Brinkman elec. I have used for so long I am looking forward to upping my game on the MES
