    Eye of round wraps

    Eye of round with bell peppers, onion, pepper jack, some of my vinegar based sauce and some "hog callin" rub. Been on the WSM for about an hour.

    Smoked tenderloin

    Deer tenderloin with a little olive oil, Tonys and seasoned meat tenderizer. Smoke at 275 for 10 minutes, flip, smoke another 15. These are slices thin and melt in your mouth.

    I live in Cabot,Ar. Maintenance supervisor at Remington arms ammunition plant. I have a gas weber and a smokey joe smoker (mod). I'm really enjoying all of the information I'm getting from this forum.
