    I just put a pork tenderloin on the smoker.  I rubbed it with John Henry Rib Rub and stuffed it with apple slices and saurkraut, wrapped with bacon.  smoker is at 275.  I've also had a chuck roast on since 6 a.m.

    Test Turkey
