Back Ribs?
Well I asked the wife to get me some St. Louis style ribs to smoke this weekend. She came home with a package of ribs that are marked back ribs? Are these baby backs? This is my assumption but want to be sure before I get to smoking them. Gary -
New fridge build
Got another question for the experts!! Has anyone used metal roofing material for lining there smoker? Durock/Wonderboard?
I just started a fridge build and I have noticed a couple of guys that have used Durock/Wonderboard to line their smokers. My question to them is how has that worked out, I am a flooring sales person so that makes good sense to me seems like it would hold the heat well. I just wonder about...- frostop
