    4 lb cheddar, 2 lb mozzarella and sea salt. 5+hrs with the amazing... cheddar is great, mozz is mild. Wrapped and in the fridge. We are doing coffee hour at church in a few weeks... smoked c heese and salmon sound good.... pork shoulder for pulled pork next weekend (after I go fishing...)

    My perfect wife got me a Landmann 2 drawer smoker and cigars for Christmas...  So I fired it up, and did a pork roast, chicken and garlic.. I like my smoker... :-}

    My perfect wife got me a Landmann 2 door smoker, and some cigars... so I tried it all out today. I got a bone in center cut pork roast, and did a rub last nite similar to ones I found on here I added bacon on top to keep it moist I also got a chicken, did a quick brine and light rub...
