heya everyone i did write i big detailed write up and my computer crashed and cant be bothered to do it again but heres the pics
the only thing i wasnt happy with was that i used pre grated cheese and im sure thats the reason it didnt melt properly

hi rub the ribs down with butt rub and smoked at 250f (with hickory) for 2.5hrs then foiled with apple juice for 1.5 hrs then removed foil and slapped on some bbq sauce and gave them another hour. they did have a slight hammy taste im not sure why so if anyone could help would be great. thanks
i rubbed them down with i store bought rub called pigwing and smoked them with hickory wood at 250f untill they reached 180f brushed them with a little bbq sauce smoked for another 15 mins. i hope u like looking at them as much as i liked eating them

hi im new to the site (and smoking) and i no u prob hav had this question b4 but i was just smoking some lamb shanks and everything was goin well at a steady 250f untill about the 2 hour mark and the temp shot up to 350f, so i shut the vents down and no change. any help wud b great many thanks...
