    Lets brew an IPA

    Grain bag, malt hops and yeast ! steep grains 30 min @ 150-155 degrees Bring wort to boil, add Liquide malt, bring back to boil and start adding hops. As you can see from the picture above we used five different hops added a 90,60, 30, 15, and the last 5 miuites of the boil. Chilled to 70...

    Another stacked UDS Just in time for Christmas !

    Snack Sticks & Breakfast links

    Made up a few snake Stick ad Breafast links. Low and slow for about 4 hrs of cherry wood smoke. Turned out very good.

    Built three more units

    Made one for my Father en law, one for one of my employees and one for myself. They turned out rether nice. burning out the oh barrels. Sanded down with the nipples in for intakes and read to prime and paint. Ready to SMOKE & ROLL !

    Fatty's for the folks at the office !

    First Pulled Pork on the "HOG TROUGH"

    I have cooked and smoked alot of meat in my time but just never got excited about pulled pork until now.     Emergency Management

    Our Government Keeps running TV adds locally here asking if we are ready for a tragedy ? I just wanted to let them know I am working on it. An IPA, American Ale, Bottled, American Ale fermenting as well as a Cabernet. I am working on it, it just takes a little time, and sure worth every minute.
