my mother and law got a side of pig and wants me to smoke some hams for her. She brought me over the whole shoulder, i boned it out and cut it into smaller hams as it is only for 2 people and they want it for like boiled dinner and such...i have a masterbuilt propane smoker , but it will not go...

just picked up a grillpro gas smoker..before i did any smoking i put a gasket around the door and latches ...(it wouldnt close after gasket) im going to smoke some chicken on it today soon..i fired it up last nigth for a couple hours to burn it off and it looks real good..for the money ill try...

just found one in the freezer woohoo... i want to smoke something in the am in my uds....might go get another one to pair with it....how long avarage...if i start it at 8-9 will they be done by 6ish?
my ???? is how long should they cook in the uds...going to use a mix between apple and mes wood ..dont know too much about smoking things i been reading up on here today but i dont want to wreck the ribs...first time trying it out help me out...thanks
