    Have an 2010 MES 40.. Works great, this Thanksgiving I have been given the task of smoking 2 12-15 pound Turkeys... Cooked one for Christmas & Thanksgiving the last 2 years.. Always put in around Midnight at 230 and was done around 11 in the morning...How long you think I should plan on for 2...

    Back Wires of MES 40 burning up

    I got my MES40 for Christmas 2010...   Since then I have replaced the wires and connectors on the back of the MES at least 4 times.. Wiring gets really brittle and connectors fall off of the element burnt up.. Contacted Masterbuilt twice with all the info, Ser #, Mdl #, etc... Never heard from...

    Vented MES 40 Outside,

    Took an old Carport area that was worthless. Closed it in to make an expansion of my Tiki Bar and Man Cave... Brought MES 40 inside made an area for it.. Only use the ams tray for smoke so don't even open the chip tube at all... Vented out side and it is working great... No smoke at all inside...

    The Tile over the chip Box in the MES (HELP)
