Pecan Shells for Smoking???
Has anyone ever used pecan shells for smoking? I can have all I want from a local sheller. Just trying to find out if they might work in a smoke box of an electric smoker. Comserned that they might produce a bitter taste like bark.- butchms

REVERSE FLOW BUILD, FIRST TIME TO BUILD HELP!!!!!
I am using a piece of 20in 3/8 wall pipe for the cooking chamber, It It will be 36in long. The firebox will be made of 14i 3/8 n x 24 pipe.
