I have a good friend in CT that always mails me great Christmas packages of cookies or something his wife makes. I wanted to smoke a couple blocks of cheese and send them to him. Not sure it's a good idea to pack into a flat rate box and priority mail? Any thoughts? I wouldn't want to do it...
