    shipping cheese

I have a good friend in CT that always mails me great Christmas packages of cookies or something his wife makes.  I wanted to smoke a couple blocks of cheese and send them to him.  Not sure it's a good idea to pack into a flat rate box and priority mail?  Any thoughts?  I wouldn't want to do it...

    Scored on some Dino bones!

how do you clean up your smoker?

Howdy gang... First of all, I know all of this is pure fiction since there's no Q-view...but I assure you I'm left with a messy smoker! It's gonna be a tough job to get her back into shape. I just completed a 24 hour marathon smoke yesterday for the wife's birthday picnic. I'm new to smoking...

    Greetings from SC PA

Hello all, I'm a new guy here...just found the site. I'm relatively new to smoking, but my dad was really into it. He made a fabulous brisket! Unfortunately, he lost his battle to cancer in Feb. 08 and I inherited his smokers. I now have 2 ECB's, a vertical and a horizontal with a sidebox...
