Today is my girl friends birthday so I am cooking a pork butt. we both like meat. Not really sure what i am going to do with it yet besides pull it. Just wondering what is your favorite way to eat pulled pork ?

Just wondering what everyone is using for a probe to test your meat for tenderness ? I searched but only seem to come up with temp probes. Just looking for ideas......Maybe something I have laying around.

Well I don't get to cook as much as I would like to. I going to try a chuck roast and pull it for tacos.....here it is covered with jeffs rub. wish me luck....lol.

I am pretty new to smoking but want to do it more....Anyone have a good way to smoke a corned beef for St. Patrick's Day ?

I have an older Mes 30. It is getting hard to read the display. I would like to switch over to a PID. Just wondering if there is a good detailed right up on how to do this ? Seems most i fine are missing the pictures or are not complete.

Im just wanting a basic 2 probe thermometer.....seems all the ones i read about are wireless....i don't really need/want this.....Can someone point me to a good 1 ?

Just made some ABT's some were kind of off the wall but pretty good. Jalapeno boat with cream cheese with a baby dill pickle in the middle wrapped in bacon. Pretty good.

I have a 9lb butt on as we speak. Batterys were dead in the camera, Will be charged for the finish. going to foil @ 170 and ice chest @ 205 sound OK ?

I am going to try my hand at beef jerky. I have a london broil all sliced up-but need directions. Can some one please help me from here? I will be using a MEC smoker. Just need something simple for a first time and maybe a temp and time. sliced maybe 1/4-3/8.
