Help with pork loin
i am in need of advice on how to smoke a pork loin. i have never tried smoking loin and am planning on trying a couple this coming weekend. i want to try a couple different methods so if you have a favorite i would like to hear about it. thanks SixPack -
Need a Brine Cure Recipe For Ham
Anybody got a brine cure recipe for ham you wouldn't mind sharing. I have a 18 lb. fresh Smithfield Ham I would like to wet cure for Easter. Any help would be appreciated.- sixpack
