Which Electric should I get on a budget?
I have a GOSM at the house, but we've been talking about getting a small electric for out at the lake. I'm staying away from a stick-burner so I don't have to babysit a fire when I could be out skiing or fishing. I would like another GOSM, but the nearest place to gas up a tank is about 45 mins...- jfoust

Outdoor Q-tool storage box?
As I was digging through the tiny little cabinet in the kitchen that the wife has allowed me to use for all my q-tools (tongs, spatulas, brushes, thermometers, spray bottles, wood chips, etc) I got the idea to move it all outdoors. First ABT's w/ Q-view!
Well I finally came to my senses and put a batch of ABT's together this weekend and dang they were awesome! I think it was travcoman that I saw this idea from... Took the jalepenos and halved them, cut out the seeds, filled with cream cheese, slapped a weenie tot on top and wrapped with bacon...- jfoust

Well, I'm about to try my first butt this weekend... Going to head to the store tonight for a butt and whatever I need for rubs and finishing sauce. What's a good rub? I picked up Jeff's Naked Rib Rub Recipe, and was thinking about using it. It sounds like it might work pretty well on a butt... -

Well I got back from the lake in time to do a fatty on the new GOSM. It was my first smoke and my first fatty, so I was a little worried about the outcome. I did a green pepper, onion, mushrooms, and cheese. I diced all the veggies... It either needed a lot more veggies, or they needed to be cut... -
