Hello smf'rs. Some weekend dinner fun. Marinated chicken, and steamed broccoli promptly covered in butter:) Discount chicken breast from Walmart, sliced thin then a few good wacks with a meat hammer. Thru it in the rec tec at 350 for 30 minutes.
Nothing like a 30 minute meal during the week when you have kids to feed. Sliced up some new York's, peppers, Onion, and "please forgive the Hawaiian rolls". Off to the flat top, insert havarti, and gouda, and boom, dinner is served.

Back at it again smf'ers. I am trying out my searing plates that I ordered with my rec tec. I am also doing a side by side cook waygu tri tip vs an on sale tri tip I got from the local market. Side dish of smoked then fried in bacon grease potatoes.
Gonna do up one bacon wrapped bbq spiced, and one with ribs removed and stuffed with goat cheese. I combined some cherry preserve, with home made bbq sauce for my finishing glaze on the cheese stuffed one.
