reverse flow help
my brother and I just finished our first reverse flow build, and had a small issue while burning it out the first time. We couldn't get even temps across the grates. It was running 25 - 50 degrees difference from end to end. Ill add some pics so you can see how it's built. Any ideas...- Troyb1990

Need help planning a smoker build
Hi, My brother and I are wanting to build a small smoker. We have and old 60 gal air compressor tank that we can use, a farm shop with all the tools, access to whatever materials we want for reasonable price, and both can weld. We need some tips though. Hi. I'm new to the whole smoking situation, but I'm wanting to get started. I raise hogs, on a large scale, so have access to plenty of pork. Just wanting to learn and build my own smokers.
