First cook on new smoker
Well it’s my first cook on the GC 28, why, oh why did I have to cook a brisket! Sitting here staring at a dot thermometer reading 173. Wishing that my brisket would get done. Is that the brisket stall blues?- Bryant Reynolds

ATC on Deep South gc 28
got a question for everyone. I am looking for an ATC for my smoker, have been reading reviews online. I am leaning toward the flame boss 300. Does anybody have any experience with this ATC? And can you tell me if it is worth the price?- Bryant Reynolds
