Just found this forum; it looks great. I've been smoking meat for a few years but usually just 3-4 times a summer since I had a pretty cheap smoker. I just got this smoker at the end of last summer: http://www.brinkmann.net/Shop/Detail...-1001-I&id=304 so I'm wanting to smoke a lot more this year.
