replacement racks
Does anybody know of a good source for replacement racks for smokers and BBQ grills. The racks for my gas smoker have definitely seen better days. I'd really like to find some ceramic racks but I'll settle on metal if I have to. Thanx in advance- brandx

Another post about the Sentry gas control valve
Well, after getting and installing my Sentry gas valve from that Lousianna turkey fryer supply place I find out the thing doesn't work. All I can get is a half inch flame out of it which hardly gives me a 150 degree temperature. Very disappointing. I'm glad I didn't hack up the original manual...- brandx

cure shelf life
Does anybody know about how long a batch of cure will last after it's been opened. I have it sealed in a plastic tub and out of the light. I just don't know how long I can keep it until it looses its potency. Anybody know? Thanx in advance- brandx
