    First pulled pork in the Stampede.

    This'll be my first long smoke in my new REC TEC Stampede. I'm accustomed to walking up all night to stoke the fire or add some wood. I'm loving this thing. I even started warming it up from my bedroom! Anyways, pulled pork tomorrow, from a 10 pounder. I'll be back....

    Long time, no smoke. CSR's in the air compressor.

    TBS and the sunrise, Baby backs.

    There's something special about that TBS calmly weeping out from the stack to accompany the sunrise. Got 3 racks going in for my girls b-day party. Should be a great day!! I was in a rush and just picked up some Weber Kansas rub. 2-2-1 worked great last time. Off we go!!

    Made some slight mods to my smoker. Ops check was good! Tried the 2-2-1 method using applewood and they were great.
