Tried a finishing sauce on my butt That I saw in a old thread from SoFlaQuer Oh my gosh I'm hooked, I loved it way better than my custom mixed BBQ sauce. Everyone complimented how good and juicy the pulled pork tasted with out the sauce -
Quick help after failed searches for resting
What is the minamum resting time for your butt after you wrap it in foil ? If it rests for only a hour will that still be fine ? I've wrapped it in foil and let it sit for 15-20 mins, now it's in a cooler warped in a towel. -

Finally joined, I got a Bradley electric smoker for Christmas and have been wearing it out. With recipes and info on this forum everything has been the best I've ever had. Thanks to all of you guys for all your help and great input to make such a great site ! Chris, Ocala, Fl.
