4T coarse salt

2t onion powder
2t garlic powder

1t cayenne pepper

Hey what's up guys. New to the forum been cooking on charcoal for awhile. Recently started cooking with smoke more and more. Figured I'd come here and learn everything I can to be a better smoker! I have a brinkman offset smoker that was given to me. Also I'm living in Virginia. Awesome site!
