    Is there a particular reason to cut a 10 lb boneless pork loin in half (or three pieces) before putting it in the smoker (MES)?

    Two picnics

    Going to play with a couple of picnics tomorrow (yeah, I know it's a Monday, but I work at home so it's not a big deal).
