    Turned out pretty good. modified 3-2-1 into 2.5-1-1 since I had a late start. Used a rub I mixed up with a bunch of stuff, then foiled with sugar, honey, butter, thai chilli sauce

    Level, stack side high, low?

    Curious what everyones opinion is on this. You keep your smoker level? I typically roll mine outta my garage and use it on driveway which places the firebox end a very small bit downhill from the other end. Put a level on top of it to see how much and was pretty minimal. Typically when I'm done...

    From Northern California here. Been smoking for roughly 4 years now. Newest is a Lang 60 on there wagon wheel frame.

    New Lang 60

    Been smoking for about 4 years now on a Home Depot "special" and finally stepped up and bought a new Lang. Damn this thing is amazing.
