I bought the Cabelas 33 lb/ 7 gal. meat mixer last year. $299 right now an free shipping. It goes on sale every once and a while, think I paid $199. We use it to mix 30lb batches of sausage and 33b batches of smoked fish dip. It has been in constant use (everyday in a seafood market) since...
That fire box looks great Joe. If you have left over 1/4 plate you can always make another, in your spare time, for a gun safe.
Wishing you and family a Happy Thanksgiving! ed
Sorry for the picture I just to a quick shot so I could post. Yes it is just one rack, but has double vertical supports. The dimensions were taken from the bottom of the rack. I will try and take a better picture so you can see it better.
Here is the rack I got last week, site linked in my previous post. I like this a lot better than the other racks I have because it supports the length of the racks much better, keeps them straighter. It also will hold 9 racks whereas my others only would hold 6. More is better right. Base is...

Just wondering about the count of people coming. Planning on bringing about the same amount of Ice for everyone. Its getting close.
Don't wanna rain on your boat decision Bamajon but the fishing on Lake Talquin is on fire this year, catfish an perch being caught in large numbers. Looking...
or get a cordless one. They work out great. From my experience, the normal time using a powered reciprocating saw would not even come close to running a cordless saws battery down, so it should be great when your away from power. just my 2p worth
Anyone out there done this yet. I have a friend with a seafood restaurant that wants to try something like this. Curious as to whether you would do a course or fine grind on the pork and shrimp. Also what kind of cooking times and IT to shoot for. Thanks in advance for any info. Ed
LOL joe, my mother had a drying rack just like yours that she used when I was growing up. Hope your gonna be at the NFL gathering in april. I want to learn all I can from you this year. Great job with the pictures. When I grow up I wanna be just like you. ed
