    I am doing the 2-2-1 with a rub that I found here http://www.smoking-meat.com/august-25-2011-smoked-baby-back-ribs.html   225*F I am in the home stretch hour and a half left!  How long should I let them rest before we enjoy? I put in a 1/4 cup of 100% apple juice also

    I also turned the heat to up to get the marks..... why I dont know but I just thought I should... the hungerian was slightly over cooked in my opinion... but like I said...FIRST TIME.... I have a lot to learn to yet....
