I'd call around to any meat markets to see if they have some. I'm a transplanted Illini, and know corned beef and pastrami is big up there. It's all made out of brisket. Sams is a good option, or you could ask your store to bring one in for you.
I agree with these gents, with ham you're just bumping up the smoke taste and heating it up. I make a glaze out of Dr Pepper or root beer, orange juice, brown sugar, & dijion mustard. Have fun!
Well, I couldn't get my iPad to load any of the Qview, so I fired up the girlfriends Mac. I got the pics to my SMF profile, but some are upside down and I'm getting a headache. lol Any advice is welcome. I'm going to go eat some lunch and try again with a full belly and a fresh prospective...

Just put 6 racks of ribs in The Big Boy. Later tonight I'll put in 3 turkeys, a turkey breast, & 3 briskets. I'll post pics as soon as I figure out how to get this sassafrassin iPad to do it. Lol. Hope the beer lasts!
