    Does 118 degrees sound about right   after 2 hours in the smoker.. smoker temp about 230 to 240 Thanks Ed

    Hi,Ed from ohio, so much info here. I did the 5 days email course last year. Going to buy the `master forge smoker   today and a bone in pork shoulder that i will smoke tomorrow. I'll start  at 5am. I did ribs last summer on my friends smoker. so any info on the pork would be helpfull.
