Pork Butt Sliced?
I made this about a month ago, just for family so had a lot left over. I threw it in the slow cooker and got it up to 205. It pulled just like if I had cooked it to 205 originally. So we got sliced and pulled. Love the versatility. Your plan for leftovers sounds good, too.- Jakeoclubs
