I too steer away from salt and try to use condiments with as little sodium as possible.

Started with:
*the single probe INT 11P-B. the case doesn't do well to being outside, but over time it does need to be within 10ft of the cook and PLUGGED IN. pro e itself is fine and it goes in the dishwasher.
*The 4 probe INT 14-BW was next. Works...
I am a lover of the MW and never could understand the whole salad dressing part.
