Oklahoma Joe Highland Grill/Smoker current use. Fan, plate, wood with charcoal starter, lip cutdown, future mods and upgrades.
Any I'm interested in the results you got with the fan. I'm looking at getting an offset smoker and adding an electronic control. I have one from Auber Instruments that I use on an old Kamado, but I need more cooking area. The controller does a great job on the Kamado.- chadwb
