New member in central TX
Hi, everybody. I've been learning from this forum for months, but finally signed up. I've been smoking using my Weber Performer kettle grill for about a year now, and finally got a new Old Country Pecos this weekend and tried it out. Love it! A smoker question
I'm a new Pecos owner as of Saturday. I've cooked with it exactly once, but was very happy with it. I was looking for a cheap offset, and read tons of reviews and posts on this forum. Although all the COS models have their flaws, the Pecos seemed to have the fewest. I did see lots of...- Joe in TX
