First attempt at smoking anything
I have a brand new MES30, got the amazen pellet smoker I read about on this site, used apple pellets. Did a lot of reading prior to smoking. Here's the end result of my first butt. IT just hit 205 after about 15 hours. Can't wait to tear into it, got it foiled and in a cooler currently.- drabelincoln
