I guess I should back up a bit as I already have the Char-Griller 5050 duo. I am about to install the firebox and do a few mods to it. This is what ill be using until I can make a decision on which way I want to go and how much I want to spend. -

From Middle Tennessee. I've been smoking for about 5 years now using a Masterbuilt 30 in electric smoker. Wanted to step my game up to a wood smoker.(actually, after my masterbuilt died for the second time i thought it was time to move on). Looking forward to your advice, criticism and ideas.
