    Here's the beer can chicken at 4 1/2 hits at 250 degrees.. My wife said " Wow very juicy".. My job is done here... Lol..

    I cut the onions in cross sections and smoked them for 4 hours at 225 degrees.. Just EVOO, salt and pepper. Pretty tasty..

    New to SMF

    I just joined SMF. I just bought a new camp chef 18" vertical gas smoker. Looking to break it in this coming Sunday and will be trying pork ribs. I live in Clifton, NJ.
