    Porksteak turned out great also used my own rub recipe dinner guests where more then wowed! I am gonna have a lot of fun with this smoker. I drive truck and my goal is to have better meals on the road and have pre-cooks for wife and kids at home. Just heat and eat. Daddy will do the long hours...

    Did 10 pounds of chicken 1/4s use Jeffs Rub turned out Awesome!!! Wife was impressed big time with the taste test . Few guest for dinner later will see what they rate it. Pork steak on now hope to have great results.

    Got a smoker for Christmas and plan on getting it out and smoking some chicken 1/4s pork steak and chops. Do you keep smoke to it the whole time it's in the smoker or just smoke for a while and let smoke go out and let heat keep cooking
