New to the meat smoking world
Hello I am a newbie with a MES40. Tried a pork loin for my first smoke and it turned out ok but did't get a real good smoke rolling through smoker. Looking through the glass door is great but when you don't see smoke rolling like when you season the smoker it is a little bit of a let down...
