Hi from Charlotte N.C. new to this and smoking.
Wife brought home a mes30 today so I guess smoking meat is in my future. I really enjoy smoked food but have never done it before. Any tips or advice for the smoker and making halfway decent pulled pork or ribs would be greatly appreciated by me and my family.
