Smoker complete, from Blue Springs, MO
Finished paint a week ago, first live smoke with 2 Costco chickens was perfect. I made more mistakes than welds, but a great experience, and not a bad smoker to end up with. Actually a suburb, Blue Springs. Currently using a modified cheap offset, while I build my reverse flow offset, from an 80 gallon air compressor tank. Glad to join the community!
