Well, ribs came out great. Meat loaf was kind of meh. Too much red onion, took in too much smoke and was pretty acidic. Note for next time, cover the loaf after 2 hours.
Going down right now! Record linked for the meat loaf. I subbed be in for whiskey as that's what we have and I typically marinade with. Wasn't sure that the alcohol in whiskey would cook off at 220 also, feeding kiddos.
