UNHAPPY WITH MASTERBULT SMOKER
I received a Masterbuilt electric smoker for my birthday I didn't open it right away, but when I did I tried to preseason it . The control unit did not work correctly so I called Masterbuilt, they sent me a copy of all the missing paperwork that should have been in the box. But will not work...- crazypole
