Smoke Timing: First ever prok butts on new WSM 22
I have two 7.5lb butts I am prepping and going to throw on tonight at some point with some guidance. Anyone have any hour count guideline for me? I'm smoking at 250 with a foil wrapped clay saucer. I want to time these right for lunch tomorrow. The digiQ will be tending while I snooze. Haha.- edjamakated

WSM is blowing my mind right now.
I just unwrapped and assembled my 22 WSM today and got the 3/4" plugs installed as well as my adapter for the DIgiQ that I had been using on an OKJ for years now. My OKJ was a royal pain in the a**. Some guys might like the constant fire tending and extreme usage of fuel but I couldn't stand...- edjamakated
