MES 40 for Brisket?
Thanks for the replies. Picked up the unit Friday at Home Depot and am getting it set up. I'm building a stand to make it easier for this 76 yo to use. I've had an old stickburner I built so I could do ribs in the barrel while I'm smoking a brisket in the upright chamber. I prefer hanging the...- circuit rider

Gentleman and Ladies, I have a question concerning inside height of the MES 40. I like to hang my packer brisket to smoke. Is there room to hang it in this size smoker. Thanks for your time. JC- circuit rider
