Last night I discovered that my freezer door had been cracked for about 24 hours. Dethawed about 20 ribeyes and a couple T-bones. They were still fairly cold but completely unfrozen. I opened them up and stuck them in a leftover container in the fridge. Will I be able to refreeze those and be ok...
I'm going to do a brisket this weekend and thought about giving this a try. Does anyone have any experience or heard anything on this? I've used the regular Allegro marinade and it is excellent, I would expect this to be good as well. Thanks for your thoughts
Hey guys, I just purchased a Yoder Smoker YS640 and i'm needing opinions on the best pellets to use for this. I have heard the BBQ Delights are pretty good pellets, but i havent got to test anything out yet. So what's everyones favorite? Thanks a bunch!
