Just a quick not to say that over the weekend we completed another annual pig roast even with major rain storm that dumped record rain on us in Connecticut. Sorry that I was so busy orchestrating the event that I didn't get any pix to show but others may be sending me some and if so I'll post...
I just went to the pig farm and picked out a 160 lb Yorkshire pig for our next pig roast coming up the end of this month! Yum! Gonna be fun! FWIW, the 160 lb live-wieght pig will cost me $1.35 per pound or around $216 (Connecticut prices) plus $40 for them to clean and dress it.
