My buddy is looking to buy a Weber Grill. He is thinking of the Weber S-670. It is a grill with a built in smoker. Have any of you used this model or have any thoughts on it?
Happy Thanksgiving guys, I fried a turkey for the first time today. I brined it overnight with water, salt, and brown sugar. It weighed 12 pounds and I fried it for 44 minutes. Came out great. Best turkey I ever had.
I am having problems with Butts and Brisket. I think the problem might be the placement of the thermometer. I usually stick it in the center of the cut of meat and have the whole thermometer inside the meat. When i look at the pictures on the forum i notice that some people have theirs...
I recently bought the Char-Broil The Big Easy Oil-Less Infrared Turkey Fryer from the Home Depot and im going to use it for Thanksgiving. I am doing a trial tomorrow with a roaster chicken to see if i have the right mixture for the

On another site i saw a picture of a WSM with three racks on it. I could do the MOD using screws, bolts and washers. I am not really too handy and was wondering if there is any certain kind i should buy at home depot. Obviously zinc plated is out but would any of you guys know which to get...
Hey guys,
I went to the Big Apple BBQ Block Party today on 06-10-12. It was a great time. Tons of food and really nice Pit Masters. Its nice to see famous people that are so down to earth. Myron Mixon and Mike Mills were so friendly. The food was insane. For $8.00 you get a plate of...
Hey guys. I have a buddy of mine and his wife coming by and Im throwing on 3 racks of Baby Backs, some ABT's and two cheese steak chuckies.

Hey guys, had my son's 4th birthday yesterday and i cooked up two fatties. The night before I sautéd some paper thin ribeye with peppers, onions, and mushrooms. After they cooled I rolled them w/ some cheese in ground meat (80/20) and wrapped them in bacon.

Well guys even though i love my WSM 18.5 I went and purchased a Brinkmann Trailmaster Limited at Home Depot today. I got some gift cards for Christmas and it pretty much covered the cost.

Hey guys,
Just had a bad experience with my WSM. I really love the thing and always get good smokes out of it, but today temp wouldn't climb above 200 and food was ruined. I like to have big family gatherings at my house and everyone likes my ribs, but with the WSM 18 you can't fit more than...
